I was very fortunate to cross paths with Yana Morales.  I found her website while frantically searching for assistance to help correct the damage that a so-called “Xtreme Lash Professional” had done to my eyes.  I had researched and done my homework and decided Xtreme Lashes were the way to go.  The salon I chose told me they had certified Xtreme Lash professionals on staff.  They had X.L. brochures and everything.  However, what I was told was not entirely true.  They did have one girl certified to apply these lashes, but since she was not there that day this other woman lied and led me to believe that everyone there was qualified to do this procedure.  Turns out her “training” came from watching the other girl apply the lashes to customers.  As a result of what she did to me my eyes were tender, swollen, burned inside and out and had even caused temporary wrinkles under my eyes. 

The day I located Yana I was extremely upset and had gone thru terrible pain during and after having this procedure was done incorrectly.  When Yana learned of my ordeal she was very sympathetic to my situation and patiently listened as I told her what happened to me.  I could tell she was upset and troubled by my experience.  She told me of certain establishments that use eye lash extensions without having the proper training to perform this procedure.  She made time to see me immediately for a consultation.  Upon seeing me she decided she could correct the hideous job that had been done to my eyes.  My eyes were still tender and I was afraid to go thru another session so quickly, but if you had seen my lashes there was no way I could go out in public looking the way I did.  I trusted Yana and to my amazement her tremendous talent saved me from any further discomfort of any kind.  She used aloe gel pads under my eyes to help cool the tissue that had been swollen.  It was very relaxing and I didn’t feel a thing. 

Although I was missing several lashes due to the prior experience, she is such an expert at what she does that my lashes looked natural, fuller and more beautiful when she had finished.  My husband had also gone thru this incident with me and suffered by watching me suffer.  He had spent days doctoring my swollen eyes and was furious with what had been done to me.  He was not thrilled about me going thru another procedure to have my lashes fixed, but upon seeing me he was astounded by what she had done. 

I have been looking all over Houston for a professional to apply eyelash extensions, and since discovering Yana, I’m happy to say my search is over.  Outside of being an expert in her field, she is also one of the most incredibly sincere and genuine people you’d want to know.  Unlike a lot of people these days she actually listens to what you want and gives you just what you request.  My lashes are full and natural looking when I leave her Salon and I can’t keep up with the compliments I get in regards to my beautiful lashes.  My husband loves the way they look on me, but especially loves the time it saves us when getting ready to go places!  I’ll never let anyone else touch my eyes again, and I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone I know.

I have to say that I found Yana by pure chance. I had been getting my lashes done by someone else near my job, but she happened to be on vacation so I found Yana who is actually located close to home. I came in for a refill just to find out that my old lashes were improperly applied and some even glued to my skin...no wonder they hurt! Well Yana was very sweet and offered to take them off at no additional charge. She was very thorough in explaining the process and applied a fresh set of lashes. When she showed me my before and after I almost wanted to cry they looked so good. The process was so relaxing and I didn't even feel the lashes on. Now I only need refills every 4 weeks versus every 2 weeks, needless to say I never went back to the other salon and I am now a client of Yana's for life! Thank you Yana
